Hello. I like the location and the acomodation,and the minibar. The most important part is the staff being respectful and noticeable about to improve some wish regarding de breakfast buffet. Many years ago i went to the breakfast and i notice that there are no Romanian cheese like Telemea which is very important in Sibiu district and near the city. Since from that time on i requested to put some Telemea from Sibiu,the staff notice my wish and they put now 3 types of Romanian Cheese. Well done from management and the staff. The little things make the difference!🙏🏻👍All the best to you! I will be back every time with pleasure to you în Ramada Hotel Sibiu.🤗🙏🏻

The location is great for reaching the city center in minutes and bus stations are nearby, so getting around Sibiu is easy. The staff was very nice and understanding when I called to complain about guests arguing and I think children running in the room above mine, and tried to solve this issue. Also, on my check-out day I was able to leave a part of my luggage with them until it was time for my train and I could visit some more of Sibiu without the big bag. This was quite awesome, I am very grateful!

My son and I had an excellent experience at Ramada Sibiu. Hotel personnel are very supportive and customer oriented. We've been helped by Dragoș with a room upgrade for free at the 12th floor as my son is eager to use the elevators in general. We also needed a late check-out and Dragos was very nice to support with that too. Breakfast is diverse and tasty. The room was clean and had a nice view.

The perfect place to stay in Sibiu and all you would expect from an international hotel. Located just outside the city walls, it is a modern hotel but within 5 minutes from the elegant old town. Very polite and attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms and excellent breakfast with both local and international favourites. Paid car parking on site was very safe.
