Hello. I like the location and the acomodation,and the minibar. The most important part is the staff being respectful and noticeable about to improve some wish regarding de breakfast buffet. Many years ago i went to the breakfast and i notice that there are no Romanian cheese like Telemea which is very important in Sibiu district and near the city. Since from that time on i requested to put some Telemea from Sibiu,the staff notice my wish and they put now 3 types of Romanian Cheese. Well done from management and the staff. The little things make the difference!🙏🏻👍All the best to you! I will be back every time with pleasure to you în Ramada Hotel Sibiu.🤗🙏🏻

The location is great for reaching the city center in minutes and bus stations are nearby, so getting around Sibiu is easy. The staff was very nice and understanding when I called to complain about guests arguing and I think children running in the room above mine, and tried to solve this issue. Also, on my check-out day I was able to leave a part of my luggage with them until it was time for my train and I could visit some more of Sibiu without the big bag. This was quite awesome, I am very grateful!

Location is super convenient; there are all kinds of (paid) parking options; happy to report a bathroom update in the Junior Suite; the staff is just so kind and helpful, especially the front desk; the room is large and has a great view.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, very close to city center. Nice and spacious room for a very good price. Breakfast was good.

Nice reception area, good breakfast. Super close to the city center and we could go by foot to the Christmas market (it really helped as there weee 0 degrees there). Great view fron the room. Parking available for 25 ron outside or 50 ron in the garage.

We new what to expect, and we recived just that. Breakfast was fair and room size and facilities as well. We asked for a high floor and got just that. Location is perfact as well

The room was big and comfortable, The breakfast was amazing. The staff at the reception was great. The let us prolong our stay for two more hours. It was close to the old city.. Had a wonderful experience.
